Emerald- a case (‘Men are wanting to take my strength’)

This case involved a woman, age 20, whom I had already been treating. She had made substantial improvement in chronic fatigue of seven years standing, and a painful condition of the TM joint with Phosphorus and Hypericum. On this occasion she complained of headaches that ‘split me down the middle’. When the headache is on the right side she feels affected on the left side of the body and vice versa. She is an intuitive type and since the headaches began she decided to work on her masculinity/femininity balance.
She quickly moves to a relationship and says she is very happy that she is back with her boyfriend after an argument. ‘I showed the magnitude of my feelings for him, we are back together. With Robert it just couldn’t be better, it is bliss, it is perfect, I can’t last a day without seeing him. Everything about him is perfect. I feel the connection with him in every chakra. I wept for two days before he had to go overseas.’ She is having dreams of men from her past and saying in the dreams ‘I can’t have anything to do with you because I am going with Robert’. She also has dreams of being raped and kidnapped.
Then she relates that ‘heaps’ of men were asking her out. While not given to exaggeration, she told me that in the last day or two no less than fifty men had asked her out, to have a drink with her, to take her home or for her telephone number. After my astounded facial expression showed my feeling of incredulity, she looked me in the eye and re-stated the figure emphatically. I saw the notes of the previous consultation and noted a confirmation of this pattern: ‘I am attracting people, they get too close, standing too close, strangers kissing my hand … just men.’
Analysis and treatment: I was struck by her situation and could only think of the intense male/female polarity expressed in the Emerald proving. This, along with the compelling and complete desire for the loved one of the opposite sex confirmed my prescription. I should comment that at this time this young woman seemed to ooze and radiate the very essence of feminine beauty. Her feeling of being divided down the middle aligned with the divided images that also appeared in many provers. I asked her what gemstone she liked; she said that she had always liked Emeralds and that people had been showing her Emeralds lately. Emerald immersion tincture 7 drops daily; stop when she feels she has had sufficient.
Eight weeks later
The headaches had completely disappeared in a few days, the jaw was improved and it stopped ‘raining men’. She also noted that it worked directly on the solar plexus creating incredible strength and will. ‘If anything is going wrong in life, it gives you strength that you are ok in yourself, it gives you inner strength.’ She became depressed and angry when she took too much of the tincture and had to stop. The dreams of old boyfriends and rape and kidnap stopped.
Dream: ‘My boyfriend went overseas for a month. That night I am running naked through rooms and fields, people are saying “You’re naked!” but I am totally comfortable. I find Robert at the top of a hill. I kissed him, wrapped arms around him and woke up. I felt totally free and strong in my nakedness.’
She told me that prior to taking the Emerald she was in need of green foods. Also she desired chocolate and sweets each time she took Emerald which quickly abated the desire. Since Emerald there was a shortened duration of pain with her period and less moodiness before it began. A rash on the right side of upper chest appeared after taking the remedy. ‘It helps release things, and makes you work through things, it forces you to be as strong as you can be. Nothing can hurt you as you are at peace within yourself. When I need Emerald again I have all these males around trying to take from me. At the bar they all wait to be served by me; men or masculine women needing to take from me. They seek my strength. Emerald protects you from people wanting to take your strength. After you take it, they see you as strong and they can’t manipulate you. When I turn into the weak female, men know they can take from me, but when I balance with Emerald they know I am strong.’
She continued to take Emerald in potentised form over three months. It continued to balance her relationship and her sense of inner masculine and feminine. Her sharp menstrual pain with vomiting was vastly improved with the pain only lasting a few hours instead of two or more days. In ensuing doses the ‘fear of violation’ arose (note the previous dreams) and this too was resolved completely with Emerald. Further migraine headaches appeared and were resolved by the medicine. After treatment with Emerald she was much more balanced in the relationship, not projecting dependence or taking the power away from her partner. It remains a lasting and strong relationship.
